Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information LUUKAPP processes in connection with the use of the platform, why that information is used, and what choices and rights users have.

01 About LUUKAPP

LUUKAPP is an online platform for discovering and connecting with independent Professionals in the fields of events, creative content production, and related professional services. Users may browse Professionals’ profiles and, if eligible, obtain their contact information to communicate with them directly.
Limits of the Platform’s Role: LUUKAPP is not itself a provider of Professionals’ services and, in its current version, does not process service bookings or payments, does not create service contracts between Users and Professionals, and does not provide internal direct messaging between the parties.

02 Information We Process

• Account Information: Email, phone number, securely hashed password, account role and status, and records required for account verification or recovery.
• Professional Information: Display name, professional title, category, specialties, introduction, experience and stated projects, starting price, availability status, contact information, and profile settings.
• Media and Links: Profile photo, portfolio images and videos, the Professional’s specialist information, files, and optional social media links.
• Location Information: City, area, map settings, and, where office or company information is provided, the precise workplace location optionally provided by the Professional.
• Activity and Safety: Saved or blocked users, violation reports, support tickets, contact-information reveal events, and limited technical records for security and abuse prevention.

03 How We Use Information

Information is used to the extent necessary to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses and phone numbers, manage Professional profiles, provide search and maps, display Professionals’ contact details to eligible Users, enable Users to save the profiles of Professionals they are interested in, provide support, handle reports, prevent abuse, perform technical maintenance, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

04 Email and Phone Number Verification

LUUKAPP requires Professionals who enter their information and professional details for presentation on the platform to verify their email address and phone number. Phone number verification through a one-time code only indicates that the holder was able to complete the verification process for that number at the time of verification; this process does not constitute official identity verification or verification of professional qualifications, business credibility, or service quality.

05 Public Profile, Contact Information, and Location

A Professional’s public profile may include their display name, title, category, specialties, introduction, experience and stated projects, starting price, availability status, city or area, profile photo, and published portfolio.
The Professional’s phone number, email address, and social media links are not displayed publicly and are shown only to users registered in the application, in accordance with the platform’s terms.
For map features, a User may use the platform without granting access to their current location, although some features will be more limited. LUUKAPP does not engage in continuous or background location tracking.
• Map Off: Precise coordinates are not public.
• Private / Nearby Mode: The marker may be shifted or shown approximately.
• Public Studio: If explicitly selected by the Professional, the precise location of the premises or studio may be made public.
Map and distance information is approximate and is not provided for emergency navigation, determination of legal boundaries, or official surveying.

06 Uploaded Content

Uploaded media is processed for storage, technical validation, application of security restrictions, publication review, and display on the platform. The person uploading content is responsible for having the necessary legal rights to images, videos, logos, portfolio items, and other content. The platform’s review does not constitute verification of ownership or authenticity of the content.

07 Technical Service Providers and Essential Technologies

To provide its services, the platform may use reputable third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, hosting and data storage, security, map and location services, email and SMS delivery, and support communications management.
These providers may process technical information and necessary data within the scope of their services and in accordance with applicable laws.
Google Maps Services:
Some of the platform’s map and location features use Google services. Use of these features is also subject to the additional Google Maps terms and Google’s Privacy Policy.

The platform also uses cookies, tokens, and essential technologies for user sign-in, account security, and the proper functioning of its services.

08 Data Security and Breaches

LUUKAPP uses appropriate technical and organizational measures, including secure hashing of passwords and tokens, access controls, server-side validation, session controls, upload checks, and request rate limiting. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely free of risk.
In the event of a data breach, LUUKAPP will take the necessary steps in accordance with applicable law and, where required by law, provide the necessary notifications to relevant authorities or individuals.

09 Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, handle disputes, enforce platform rules, fulfill legal obligations, or preserve technical integrity. When no longer needed, data may be deleted, anonymized, or removed from operational access.
A User may request account deletion through the platform’s process. Deletion may remove an account, sessions, Professional profile, saved or blocked relationships, support and report data, and media belonging to the User, or remove them from operational access. However, limited retention may be necessary for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Cleanup of all technical copies is not necessarily immediate.

10 Cross-Border Processing and Privacy Rights

Users’ information may be stored or processed on servers or in data centers located in different countries for the purpose of providing the platform’s services. This process is carried out in compliance with applicable laws and with necessary measures to protect information.
Users may, in accordance with applicable laws, submit requests to access, correct, or delete their personal information. Where permitted by law, they may also request restrictions on the use of their information or withdraw their previously given consent.
To protect Users’ information, verification of the requester’s identity may be necessary before these requests are fulfilled.
All requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

11 Age, Changes, and Contact

LUUKAPP is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. This Policy may be updated as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change, and the current version and effective date will be displayed on the legal page.
